A £50 booking fee is required to book a hire, bookings are not confirmed until deposit has been paid. 2. The deposit is non-refundable. 3. The full amount must be paid 4 weeks before booking date. 4. Cancellations must be made 21 days before booking date. 5. I the event of the car breaking downon the day, we will attempt to treplace this with a similar make and model, failing this we will supply another car of similar type, beyond this we will not be liable. 6. We will try our upmost to meet the booking time. if delayed by weather, breakdown or other unforseen problems we accept no responsibility but will return any monies paid. 7. The person who booked the booking will be responsible for all passengers travelling in our cars. 8. All passengers will behave in an appropriate manner throughout the journey. 9. We will accept no responsibility for any accidents to persons or belongings when travelling in the cars. 10. Payment of the deposit signifies that you agree with our term and conditions.
